Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking Ahmedabad Airport Cab. By confirming a trip, you agree to the policies below governing Ahmedabad Airport taxi, local, and outstation services across Gujarat.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, submitting a booking enquiry, confirming a reservation, or travelling in any vehicle arranged by Ahmedabad Airport Cab, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in full.
If you book on behalf of others, you accept these terms on their behalf and remain responsible for their compliance. These terms apply to airport transfers at AMD, local Ahmedabad rides, one-way and round-trip outstation bookings, and corporate travel packages.
Booking Policy
Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation via SMS or WhatsApp from our team with fare and vehicle details.
Advance Booking
Book at least 2 hours ahead for city trips and 12–24 hours for outstation journeys (Vadodara, Surat, Dwarka, etc.).
Modifications
Change pickup time, vehicle, or route at least 2 hours before departure, subject to availability.
Vehicle Allocation
If your selected vehicle is unavailable, we arrange an equivalent or superior class or offer a full refund.
Fare Policy
Ahmedabad Airport Cab quotes fixed fares upfront based on vehicle type, distance, and applicable charges. All potential extras are communicated before your trip is confirmed.

No hidden fees — the final fare is agreed before departure. Our Ahmedabad Airport to Vadodara corridor includes toll-inclusive fixed pricing where stated at booking.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
24+ Hours Before
Free cancellation. Full refund within 5–7 business days.
2–24 Hours Before
50% of advance (if paid) retained. Balance refunded promptly.
Under 2 Hours
May incur a convenience fee for driver allocation costs.
Our Cancellation
Full refund or equivalent replacement vehicle arranged.
Rescheduling
One free reschedule with 24+ hours notice. Same-day = cancellation.
Emergency
Medical or force majeure — contact us immediately for fair handling.
Driver Responsibilities
- Arrive on time or notify the passenger in advance of delays
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, well-maintained vehicle
- Drive safely, obeying all traffic rules and speed limits
- Present valid driving licence and vehicle documents on request
- Treat passengers with courtesy and professionalism
- No mobile phone use while driving (hands-free only if essential)
- No smoking, alcohol, or intoxicants during the trip
- Follow the agreed route unless the passenger requests a change
Passenger Responsibilities
- Provide accurate pickup address, destination, date, and flight number (for AMD pickups)
- Be ready at the confirmed pickup time
- Wear seat belts throughout the journey
- Treat the chauffeur and vehicle with respect
- Keep the vehicle clean — no littering or interior damage
- Inform us promptly if trip requirements change
Payment Terms
Cash
Accepted for all trips. Payable at trip end unless otherwise agreed.
UPI
Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm accepted. Advance may be requested for outstation.
Cards
Debit/credit via payment link or QR code.
Advance Payment
20–30% advance for outstation bookings to confirm vehicle allocation.
GST Invoice
Available on request — provide GSTIN at booking time.
Refunds
Processed within 5–7 business days via original payment method.
Delays & Unforeseen Events
While we aim for on-time service, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control:
- Traffic on SG Highway, NE-1, and city routes
- Monsoon flooding, fog, or severe weather
- Road closures, diversions, or construction
- Public events, processions, or bandhs
- Mechanical issues — we arrange a replacement vehicle ASAP
- Flight or train delays for airport/station transfers
For AMD airport pickups, we track flights and adjust chauffeur dispatch. Our team will proactively communicate and explore alternatives during significant delays.
Luggage Policy
- Elite Sedan (Dzire/Swift): 2 medium suitcases + cabin bags
- Premium SUV (Ertiga/Marazzo): 3 medium suitcases + extra bags
- Executive XL (Innova Crysta/Hycross): 4 medium suitcases with cabin space
- Declare oversized or extra luggage at booking for correct vehicle allocation
- Passengers are responsible for their belongings
- Fragile items must be secured by the passenger
- Prohibited items (Section 11) may not be transported
Lost & Found
Contact us within 24 hours with booking reference, trip date, and item description.
We contact your assigned chauffeur to locate the item.
Found items returned at an agreed point or via delivery coordination.
We cannot be liable for items reported after 48 hours of trip completion.
Prohibited Activities
- block Transporting illegal goods, narcotics, or contraband
- block Carrying dangerous, flammable, or hazardous materials
- block Smoking inside the vehicle (₹500 cleaning charge applies)
- block Alcohol or intoxicant consumption during the journey
- block Harassment or abusive behaviour toward the chauffeur
- block Deliberate damage to vehicle interior — full repair cost borne by passenger
- block Exceeding registered passenger capacity
- block Requesting traffic law violations or unsafe driving
Violations may result in immediate trip termination without refund and reporting to authorities where required by law.
Limitation of Liability
- We maintain vehicle insurance as required by Indian motor vehicle law
- Liability for injury or damage is governed by applicable Indian law
- We are not liable for indirect losses (missed flights, meetings) due to third-party delays
- We are not responsible for items left unattended in the vehicle
- Maximum liability in any dispute is limited to the fare paid for that specific trip
- We recommend personal travel insurance for long outstation journeys
Intellectual Property
All website content — logo, brand name, design, images, route text, and code — is the exclusive property of Ahmedabad Airport Cab and protected under Indian copyright and trademark laws.
- Reproduction or redistribution without written consent is prohibited
- Our brand name and logo may not be used in third-party marketing without authorization
- Unauthorized use may result in legal action
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publishing on this page. Significant updates may be communicated via SMS or WhatsApp. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
We prefer resolving concerns amicably through our customer support team before any formal dispute process.
